These verses always give me comfort and that extra push whenever things get worse.

Matthew 11:28 Come to me, all you that labour, and are burdened, and I will refresh you. 29 Take up my yoke upon you, and learn of me, because I am meek, and humble of heart: and you shall find rest to your souls. 30 For my yoke is sweet and my burden light.

I have a few:

Mark 1:15 - The time is accomplished, and the kingdom of God is at hand: Repent and believe the Gospel.

And, of course:

Matthew 4:19 (and Mark 1:17) - And he saith to them (And Jesus said to them): Come after me and I shall make ye fishers of men.

And finally:

John 6:68-70 - Then Jesus said to the twelve: Will you also go away? And Simon Peter answered him: Lord, to whom shall we go? thou hast the words of eternal life.  And we have believed and have known, that thou art the Christ, the Son of God.
